Aspectizer - App Privacy Notice
This Aspectizer specific Privacy Notice supplements the general Privacy Policy of Rambod (the "Company") available on this website. It explains how the Aspectizer application handles information when you use it on your device. If there is any conflict between this section and the general policy, this section applies for all use of Aspectizer.
1. Who is responsible for Aspectizer
The data controller for processing related to Aspectizer is:
Rambod

Website: https://rambod.net
2. Summary of how Aspectizer handles data
- Aspectizer does not create user accounts and does not require registration.
- Images and other files that you open in the app are processed locally on your device.
- The app does not upload your images or metadata to Company servers.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs are included in the app.
- Advertising is non personalized and intended to operate without tracking identifiers.
3. Information processed on your device
Aspectizer processes the following information locally on your device to provide its core features. This information is not transmitted to the Company:
- Images and other media files that you select for conversion, resizing, metadata inspection, or export.
- Metadata associated with those files (such as EXIF, IPTC, or XMP tags) when you choose to view or edit them.
- Conversion and export settings that you configure inside the app, such as sizes, formats, quality, and presets.
- Theme and interface preferences stored on your device.
All such data remains on your device unless you decide to export files to locations you control (for example a folder or external storage) or share them through other apps or services.
4. Permissions used by Aspectizer
To work as intended, Aspectizer may request access to certain system level permissions on your device. These permissions are used only for the purposes described below:
- File and media access: allows you to pick input images and save exported images or ZIP archives to locations you choose. Aspectizer does not access files without your action and does not scan your storage in the background.
You can manage permissions for the app at any time in your device settings. Restricting permissions may affect some features but will not prevent you from uninstalling the app or contacting us.
5. Advertising
Aspectizer displays in app advertising to support development. The app is configured to request non personalized ads. The Company does not use advertising identifiers inside the app and does not build profiles about individual users.
When ads are loaded, third party advertising providers may receive technical information that is necessary to deliver and measure basic ad delivery. This can include:
- Approximate location based on network routing and general device settings.
- Device and platform information such as model, operating system version, language, and screen size.
- Network related information such as IP address and connection type.
- Basic interaction data, such as whether an ad was shown or tapped.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers. Aspectizer is designed to avoid behavioral tracking and does not request access to tracking identifiers for advertising purposes. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising cookies or identifiers, such consent is collected by the platform or the ad provider in accordance with their processes.

7. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, the Company relies on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the app functions that you request.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the app, prevent misuse, answer support requests, and show non personalized advertising that funds development, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Consent: where required for certain advertising or platform level settings. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device or platform settings.
8. Data retention
Aspectizer is designed so that image content and related processing take place solely on your device. The Company does not store copies of your images, presets, or metadata on its own servers.
